Lets go on a Birthday Trip Mom

At about 5:00 I got home from a babysitting job with a horrible migraine that had been building up before I'd got home. I hadn't thought to tell anyone (!Doing, Doing!) I got home and started to cry, and turned deathly pale, my mom said that. I got a dose of Motrin, and some other pain relief medicine. Nothing seemed to help and I was on the verge of tears because it hurt so bad. Finally I was scrunched up on the bed crying like heck! So my mom dropped off Mackenzie and Austin at our neighbor's house and we took off to the farthest away Hospital. My doctor and my Dad said go to MUSC (Medical University of South Carolina) because then I could get an automatic C.T head scan.(Simone, an EX-ray of every level of your brain) We arrived at about 7:15 and got signed in by 7:30, we got lost! They got my vitals and a Pediatric Resident was sent in to check me out. (Simone, not in that way, and a vital is getting your blood pressure, temperature, etc.) I got those done and sat in the waiting room for a while and tried to sleep, and finally the doctor came in and was ready. She said she'd give me fluids (I had no clue how, or what those were) some medicine through an I.V and a pill, and let me rest. So some one came in a stuck a needle on the inside part of my elbow, (Where it bends on the inside) and quickly pulled it out and stuck a tube in it. Then she hooked me up to a 2 liter bag of water, and turned the machine on. You can see in the bottom picture where my vitals were being done with the tube still in. The top picture was after the tube was still in but the water finally was gone, it took about 6 hours to finish it! About 30 min. after getting the fluids I went in to the C.T room and got that done, it was really just a tube where you stick your head in, and see swirling lights. I got back in the room and watched BRATZ the movie just cause and they did my vitals twice after that, and both times I had about a 100-102 fever. I didn't know where it came from. They gave me some medicine through the tube the water went through, it felt really weird! Finally at 3:00am on Feb 10, we got there 7:30, Feb. 9 and remembered that it was my mom's birthday, it was funny. We got home and i missed school for two days and we missed church because I was way too tired.
